DAVISON GROUP

About This Project

How we began
From the outset, our team worked closely with the clients to ensure that every design element met their expectations and budget. We believe that open communication and transparency are key to a successful project, and our approach allowed us to tailor the design to their unique needs without compromising on quality.

External features
The exterior of the house features soft red bricks that provide a warm and inviting look, while the elegant plain pan tiles add to its timeless charm. The combination of these materials creates a cohesive design that seamlessly blends with the surrounding environment.

To create a harmonious blend with the soft red bricks, we applied a cream silicone render to the exterior of the house. This finish not only adds visual interest but also serves a practical purpose. Silicone render is known for its durability and resistance to weathering, making it an ideal choice for maintaining the home’s appearance over time. The cream colour complements the red bricks beautifully, creating a warm and inviting facade that is both modern and timeless.

The use of white cement mortar in the brickwork adds a clean, crisp contrast that highlights the craftsmanship of the masonry. This choice of mortar enhances the overall aesthetic by providing a subtle yet striking detail that accentuates the classic look of the brick facade. It creates a seamless transition between the bricks and the cream render, ensuring that each element works in harmony.

To complete the exterior design, we opted for black fascias and window frames. This choice adds a contemporary flair while providing a striking contrast against the cream render and red bricks. The black accents lend a modern touch to the classic design, ensuring that the home stands out while still fitting beautifully within its surroundings.

Key Interior Features of the Project
Upon entering the home, visitors are greeted by a stunning natural stone floor that extends throughout the main living areas, providing both durability and style. The underfloor heating system ensures a comfortable atmosphere, making this house a cosy retreat in every season.

The bathrooms are designed to be both functional and luxurious, featuring jacuzzi baths that offer a spa-like experience at home. Each bathroom is equipped with high-end fixtures, ensuring that every detail contributes to the overall elegance of the space.

The centre piece of the home is undoubtedly the oak staircase, which serves as a striking architectural feature. Its classic design not only enhances the aesthetic appeal but also reflects the quality of craftsmanship that Davison Group is known for.

Conclusion
This new build home provides ample space for a family in the transition period from housing children to young adults. It provides multiples spaces where the family can be together but also areas to retreat to for some down time. It was imperative that the external aesthetics of this house were in keeping with the rest of the street, this was adhered to above and beyond expectation – creating something that looks exceptional but not out of place.
