The Vision

• New Bathrooms: We designed and installed two stylish bathrooms, each equipped with modern fixtures and finishes. The bathrooms offer a perfect blend of functionality and luxury, featuring sleek vanities, elegant tile work, and high-efficiency plumbing.
• Kitchen and Utility Space: The heart of the home, the new kitchen, boasts state-of-the-art appliances and a spacious utility area. The layout is designed for both cooking and entertaining, making it a perfect gathering spot for family and friends. The highlight (quite literally!) of the kitchen is a huge roof light that floods the kitchen with natural light.
• Underfloor Heating: To enhance comfort throughout the space, we installed underfloor heating. This feature not only provides warmth during colder months but also adds a touch of luxury to the home all year round.
• Interior Finishes: The entire ground floor was fully decorated, showcasing new engineered wood floors that add warmth and sophistication. The choice of finishes reflects the clients’ preference for a clean, modern aesthetic while ensuring durability and ease of maintenance.
• Plumbing and Electrics: We replaced all plumbing and electrical systems to ensure safety and compliance with the latest standards. This upgrade guarantees the home operates efficiently and effectively for years to come.

Exterior Elegance
The exterior of the property was just as important as the interior. We achieved a stunning silicone render finish that not only looks great but also provides excellent weather resistance. To enhance the visual appeal, we incorporated beautiful oak cladding soffits and sleek aluminum fascia, creating a striking contrast that complements the modern design.
